Wrong order received

Yoooh my Sunday eats went down the drain.... I am based in Daveyton. I ordered a family treat for 8 at KFC Mayfield through UberEats paid R366 with a tip there. First the person who received the order complained that shepered was rude not even a hello. Worst he asked for the PIN number which confirms the order but gave the wrong order. Instead of family treat I received Dunked all star box buddy for R114. I sent a message on Uber eats nothing I can't even find a number to call on the App.
