Wrong order

Brian who handle my order from kfc shell garage Cosmo city just delivered the wrong order and I saw it before he left and when I asked all he could say was he had already completed the order and he probably gave my order to the other person as he had 2 other stops. I was just starting to get comfortable again with using uber eats and funny enough we were just joking about it with my husband that it's been quite some time since we got ****** of our order and it happens immediately. I am very disappointed and hurt because I love the service but it's very disappointing.
