Wrong Order

I honestly think it’s time I delete the Uber app, on so many occasions I get the wrong order. I recently bought Vuse and specifically ordered 1.8% which they replaced with 3% I mean this is nicotine! I went back to complain about this only to get feedback that I approved the replacement?! I was not give an option to either approve nor declined.
