Wrong order delivery - no compensation

I placed an order for Uber eats at KFC - the order took longer than expected then received somebody else’s order instead of mine. I received a smaller order than what i placed. Probably about R80 less than what was deducted from my bank account. I complained with their support - but was told to just rate the establishment and driver low. That was their resolution. I was not compensated for the loss i experienced at all.
