Wrong order complaint still not solved 5 days later

I ordered a meal giving instructions to replace the meat with a vege option...the special instructions were not followed. Being vegetarian I could not eat the food when it arrived. I reached out to support and received an email asking for my order number which I provided.... The order summary clearly states the details of my order and and I provided pictorial evidence that the delivered meal was wrong. I followed up again on my complaint yesterday. No acknowledgement whatsoever. It is now five days since the initial complaint and it appears nothing is going to be done about it. Very poor customer service.
