Wrong Order By Ubereats and Mochachos Kolonade

I order food from Mochachos Kolonade Mall and a wrong order was delivered. I contacted the ubereats driver after he left and he promised that he is coming to collect the wrong order and he never arrived. I am sitting with someone else's order while my family is sitting hungry for a solution with little support from ubereats support
