Wrong order and Uber driver doesn’t understand ENGLISH

I wish I could put only one star because the service was terrible. I had ordered 10 wings and two wraps. The driver had a delivery before mine and than came to drop me. I saw on the app he had turned off to the wrong road three times. Until he finally turned into my road. As he turned in my sister came with her boyfriend. I got the order from the driver but noticed it was very light compared to what I purchased. When I checked I only saw one wrap. When I tried to tell the driver he seemed like he couldn’t understand me. I asked my sisters boyfriend to speak to him in Xhosa. Turns out he could only speak Swahili🫠🫠🫠

I called the KFC shop and they said they’ve been having difficulty with Uber using drivers who can’t speak basic English and said they logged it on their end.

I than tried to contact Uber and they had no contact information and I could only put my email in. Which is a lengthy process and I would prefer speaking to someone telephonically.

I tried to reach them via instagram but everytime I go to reply I have to repeat what I said. This has been going on for months. I only use uber in my area as MrD has a cut off time for deliveries.

But this experience was awful and I’ve deleted the app already.
