Wrong order and no

I've placed an order for McDonalds Braamfontein through UberEats and firstly, the service was super slow. My order literally came 2 hours late, the food was cold and worst of all my whole order was wrong. The most annoying part is that when reporting this I receive an automated response from Ubereats stating that I am only complaining 48 hours later therefore they cannot refund me. I mean why would I waste my precious time to complain about something that was correct. I am so ****ed and disgusted by the inconvenience and incompetence.
