Wrong meal no return

I ordered a meal at Burger King, the delivery boy came with the wrong order. I called the number provided but no response. I went to help on the Uber Eats app to report that I had received the wrong meal but the stupid app didn’t give me the option to get my order and to return the one I got. I sent 3 messages complaining and no response. The app is not user friendly. I don’t recommend it RATHER Mr. Delivery which has more restaurant options. thank you.
