Wrong meal delivered

I had the wrong meal delivered to me from Uber eats this morning, I have logged complaints on the app straight after and heard nothing as yet....why is it so hard for you people to pick up the wrong order that was delivered and deliver my correct order!! I want my Big Mac meal delivered ASAP.....this is what I paid for!!
