Wrong goods delivered.

I ordered a Double Big Mac Medium Meal and 4 Chicken nuggets. I received a large meal and no nuggets.

I just want to understand how money is being taken from me whilst I as the customer have not received what I paid for. This is not about the quality of what was delivered, but more a case of something being left out. So what exactly am I paying for?
