Wrong food delivered and it wasn't fresh

I bought KFC and Maponya Mall and paid cash on t he 26 of February 2022. They delivered wrong food and I followed the UberEats process to say I have wrong food. I was told the refund will take 3 to 10 days, but till today I haven't been refunded. You can't call them you can only complain via the app which gives you limited options. I try going back to that order but it says it is an old order.
