Wrong drink, food not delivered but billed

On two occasions in the last week I was disappointed by UberEats, first they claimed to have delivered my food and then on Saturday they brought the wrong drink which I didn’t order and the worst part the driver was so rude he told me it was not his problem and he also called some guy by the name of khuram Shami also said it’s not his problem that KFC didn’t have the coldrink I ordered. The worst part is none of these people took accountability they were just pointing fingers. They have debited my money for the two occasions and I’m still waiting for my refund. I did not receive an apology from UberEats. The driver for the wrong order was Uthman, a very rude and *********** guy who knows nothing about customer service clearly. And for the first incident a driver by the name of Mashonelo Eshly claimed to have delivered food which I never got. This is unacceptable and I will never ever order from them, I guess if you want things to be done do it yourself
