wrong delivery, no feedback from UberEats after 2 complaints!

I ordered from KFC Braamfontein using UberEats, and they delivered the wrong order. When you order from the app you have to options to select which pieces of meat you want, since I was ordering 2 streetwise 2's, I chose a thigh and drumstick for both, and what was delivered was wings and breasts. I logged a complaint on the app and was told I will receive feedback within 24hrs and never heard from them. I logged the same complaint and still nothing. I'm so frustrated. What's the point of having those options if they're just going to be ignored??? I know uber is just the delivery partner and the actual fault is with KFC, but they too should have better customer service, if they say they'll give feedback, then they should. Super annoyed!
