Worst service no one is helping.

The worst app ever!! I ordered my food about more than 2 hours ago the food is still not here to be exact 2 hour 40 minutes counting because it keeps adding 10 minutes on estimating delivery times . They give wrong delivery guy's details when I called the number I got from the app the guy is lost that my food is not here!!
