Worst Service + Late Delivery.

The delivery is already 90 minutes late. The support is absolute usesless (Syed Muhammad Ali H.) - only used quick responses and told me what is not possible for him to do anything. If he would cancel the order now then I would be fully charged. I have made alternative plans by now so dont tell me you cannot refund. What kind of service are you offering? Honestly, this is how you loose very loyal clients. I really expected more - now I am supposed to eat 2 hours later a cold dish....
