Worst service from UberEats and McDonald's DURBANVILLE

Worst service from McDonald's in Durbanville.

I had 2 orders this week via UberEats and not one but BOTH was wrong. I ordered 2 x 2 cheesburger meals and twice I only got one meal.

The second time I made sure to leave a special instruction stating to make sure there are 2 x 2 cheesburger meals this time, left the same in the note section and then messaged the driver to make sure there are 2 meals which there will be 2 cooldrinks. Which was all in vain.

The manager contacted me back and explained that it was a mistake on their side and not UberEast as the driver also showed me the order on his phone which also showed 2 2 cheesburger meals.

He then said he will call me back as I ordered for delivery because i can drive with BROKEN RIBS. He never called back and now there is another manager who does not know a thing a bout the problem, but keeps on telling me they don't deliver.

How it that my problem if they made the mistake. I paid for my 2 meals, DELIVERY plus tip.

This is very upsetting and unacceptable service TWICE in one week!!!

Someone must take responsibility and sort my ISSUE OUT with complimentary meals. I called out all of my airtime both times!

This is just ridiculous.
