Worst Service from Ubereats

"I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with UberEats. The delivery person marked my order as 'delivered' without actually delivering it. When I raised the issue with UberEats, they claimed that the driver attempted to contact me and I was unavailable. However, I have proof of our conversation, which shows that I was guiding him to the delivery location. Unfortunately, all the chat notes and evidence have disappeared. This is not the first time I've faced this issue, and I'm frustrated that UberEats has not addressed or escalated this problem despite my previous reports.
