Worst service from Ubereats

Today I ordered on Ubereats, Driver kept on Hanging up on me upon arrival at my Complex, then he completed my Delivery without even meeting me, when i Requested Help from Ubereats they apologized and and they working on improving their service, imagine, a whole order delivered and i payed with my card all they can say is they are working on improving their service, i am so disappointed and Angry that they failed to contact the delivery Partner and pin point where the order was delivered and get it collected, i was even willing to collect it myself.
