WORST SERVICE FROM UBER EATS

I ordered from Nandos Crown Mine via Uber eats, my estimated delivery time was 18-10 and longest estimated time was 18-20. I waited at the gate from 18-00 and at 18-30 my order was completed on the App but I didn't received my order, I tried calling the driver three times and the call went straight to voice mail. I then went back into the house at 18-40, I sent a message via help me and received a response in which I was asked if I received my order. I responded advising that I did not receive my order. Now it's after 20-00 I have not received my order nor a response this is totally unacceptable and inconsiderate of Uber eats. This is one of the worse service I have ever received.
