Worst service from both Uber eats and partners

Today, I placed an order to Mc Donald's in midrige around 1:10 the order was supposed to be delivered around 13:45 according to the app, when I check again or should I say call the driver he told me he was at the store collecting the order. I wait it now shows delivery of 14:05 and I can't cancel at this point, look again app shows 14:30 calls the Mc D they give me support number for uber eats. The guy checks and tells me that there is another driver collecting my order. I now wait, it's now 15:00, from nowhere my monet is reversed, I'm hungry as hell at this point, when I told the guy that the guy he claimed was another driver wasn't, in fact it was the same ass that told me his collecting my food and was on his way. I'm so annoyed at both Uber eats and their *********** partner driver. I want to rate that guy and give the worst rating 1star for him being such an ass
