Worst service

I ordered at 3 the wine came just before 5. They refused to cancel the order and issue a refund. I want my money. Uber eats is very *********** . I contacted customer service and they gave me the worst attitude.they refused that I speak to a manager. I was supposed to be at work at 4:30 and they refused to understand. Worst experience ever
