Worst service ever from Driver

Worst experience ever with Uber eats this evening. Paid for the order just to find out that the driver never collected the order and already marked the order as delivered. Uber drivers phone on voicemail, can't get hold of her.. Had to collect the order myself, what is the point of this service then and paying the driver tip for service that is not even being delivered to your client????? Last time I will be using this service.
