WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

Ordereded 8 pizzas for my daughters birthday party. Paid R1200 and ordered never arrived. We waited outside for the driver for more than half an hour. He was NEVER at our house and went to a complete different adress!! We tried phoning multiple times but he never answered. Then stated that the order was delivered. Uber eats now refuse to give us a refund as the driver says that he waited outside our house for 8 minutes which is totally untrue!!! How can they get away with this??
