Worst service ever bad payment methods and customer response is weak

Stay away from this app I have made several orders at my convenience they always deduct money before the restaurant can confirm I recently made an order again the restaurant canceled which as usual ubereats did not bother to reverse the debit until I escalated to make things worse once they acknowledge the failed purchase they still ho about 7 working days to refund so inconsiderate I mean imagine waiting for 7 days for R500 or more whereas u could have used the funds to order from another restaurant! So we should eat after 7 days?
