WORST SERVICE EVER AND THIS FROM UBEREATS

Uber Eats , I ordered via Ubereats app from a KFC 2km from me at 13:55 at 15:00 I received a message say " Sorry for the delay finding a delivery person ..." THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and you are quick just to deduct my money but can`t even find a delivery person so quick.

Uber Eats, How can this be possible , placed an order 13:55 and now 15:30 you send me a message that my order has been canceled. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED AN ANSWER ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
