Worst Service Ever

Waited over two hours for an Uber Eats delivery while multiple drivers accepted and then declined the order. No driver ever arrived and no delivery attempt was made.

Customer support is completely locked behind automated AI responses that conveniently exclude issues caused by Uber Eats or their drivers. Despite this, I was expected to cancel the order and carry the cost myself for a failure that was clearly not on my side.

This shows a complete lack of accountability and disregard for customers’ time and money. A paid service that cannot deliver and then refuses proper support is unacceptable. I will not be using Uber Eats again.
