Worst service ever

I live in a complex and my address says press 9 at the gate for me to open the gate for my boys dinner... and get me at my door... ive received a missed call at 20:24 I phoned back at 20:25 and the driver phone was off leaving my food outside in the streets... the I phoned the restaurant and all the drivers knocked off already... this is the worst service ever... the restaurant was very helpful and phoned me back... unfortunately they had no driver yet willing to replace my order... and im sick in bed... month end this late and now what???
