WORST SERVICE EVER

I placed an order today and the app confirmed my food was delivered when it was not. This is prob the third time this has happened to me with Uber Eats. When I logged my query about this they gave me a PARTIAL refund like what the hell. It is already a mission to try and get in touch with anyone at this place and then they still want to rob me. Beyond pathetic and they clearly dont care as nobody responds and they just close the query as resolved.
