Worst Service Ever - 2 Hour Wait, No Food, Money Withheld

I ordered from Uber Eats on 12 Sept at 18:45. After 2 HOURS of waiting, the driver said his bike broke down and asked ME to come collect the food wherever he was. When I said no, he told me to cancel the order.

I cancelled thinking the money would go to my wallet so I could order elsewhere. Nothing was refunded. I was told to wait 3-5 business days. That was my last money for food and now I have no food and no money.

To make it worse, before I could pay today, Uber Eats deducted money for an order from NOVEMBER 2024 that was delivered without any issue. No email, no warning - they just took the money today.

I am disgusted by the lack of care for customers. You take people's money and leave them hungry. I want my full refund immediately, not in 5 days.
