Worst service ever

I have placed an order trough uber eats with burger King at roughly 20:00 this evening my map showed my driver was at the restaurant for over 20 minutes when he finaly got to me at 21:20 my food was cold and missing items. I tried to log a complaint on the app but like always the customer service was non existent. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from uber eats as they simply refuse to take responsibility. If I could give them less than one star I would rather use MRD
