Worst service and time consuming

I've had a great experience with Uber eats but gotten so disappointed when I ordered and the food arrived looking like it was food from day before yesterday and they were very understanding and sent an email to apologize and advised I will be getting a refund in 3 to 5 working days and I was happy with that and I continued to use their service and the day I was trying to order but my orders were getting cancelled after waiting so long and finally the driver came but with a Wrong order and he went back with the order and I emailed them and they told me that my order was from 48hrs when it was an order from minutes ago and I've attached screen shots of the order and I have not received the refund still
