Worst service and rude drivers ever

I ordered Mc Donald's chili cheeseburger meal via uber eats, I had to wait 30 minutes outside in the dark for the driver as he was getting lost. when he eventually arrived, the drink had spilled over the burger and fries; he was very rude as well. I laid a complaint with uber eats and never got a refund for the wet chili cheeseburger and fries instead they blamed the restaurant
