Worst service

I mistakenly placed an order and before it could be processed I tried cancelling which the cancel option didnt work so I went quickly to support for assistance and they took their sweet time asking me irrelevant questions.The order was then canceled and never recieved but I was still charged for that order so I'm in arears for zn order I never recieved... No where in their T&C's foes it state I'll have to pay full amount of a cancelled order. I would understand if there was a cancellation fee but not full price even though I didn't recieve the order. Logged a complaint and till this day it still hasnt been resolved. WORST SERVICE I EVER RECIEVED EVER!!!
