Worst service

The worst service 😡l ordered from pahari african restarunt pap,mpandawana and guru(price R 208 )last night l was waiting for my order an hour then the driver came he gave my order and it was rapped so l went inside and opened saw rice and beans with soup(more or less R 100) it was not even a minute l called the driver he was like call the restarunt l called them several times they told me its not their fault blaaa blaa blaa l drove to the restarunt and it was closed by that time only to realize thats what they do always if orders come late and they don't have they just pack whatever they have and give to the bike.So then l reported to uber app then it said they are processing my refund today they sent me a message that your payment provider was not able to process the refund my money is not in yet until now.
