Worst service

Ordered Pizza on the 31st October. for some unknown reason it took longer than usual. Then i tracked the order and realised that indeed the delivery guy was getting closer. I got worried when he seemed to be stationary somewhere near my place. I made contact with him via app then he says as he got near the gate (he never entered the complex), he saw saw someone who said they were waiting for pizza. Without even bothering to ask them who they were he gave them the pizza and then he was off. Then i lodged a complaint on the app, since saturday evening (31 oct) i havent been given any progress.
