Worst service

I don't know how your company can be so consistent in being world class ***** ups in your apps and your servicing.

I purchased a voucher from Old Mutual Rewards. I have been trying to put the voucher on the app, and there is no movement. Either that, or it tells me you guys are experiencing high volumes - SINCE SUNDAY it has been a struggle. But conveniently, when I put in one of your promo codes, it works perfectly fine.

I tweeted you and Old Mutual to get assistance. I got a fast email response from Old Mutual within 5 hours. You on the other hand are far too busy and far to popular on social media, to dare respond to anyone, but can respond to other people. If it were up to me I would have used Mr Delivery Food app because yours is utter ****e. It's either your app is down, the app is slow, can't process orders properly, something is glitchy, one little other thing won't work - or, I get **** service on social media. But I didn't have a choice because Old Mutual only hand the bottom voucher options, i.e. UberEats.

I can't get a refund on this voucher to purchase something worth my time, so the least you can do, IS HELP ME.
