Worst Online experience ever

My account won’t except card payment, got voucher and still nothing only a waste of money .when I called 2months back they logged a call .got an email saying I won’t be able to make payments till feather notice and then nothing .I have been waiting for two months. Yet I get promotion emails and notifications and there’s no ways to even get a refund on my voucher.
