Worst Food delivery service

Ordered food and it never arrived. Besides the fact that the driver was driving for more than 30min from a restaurant 3 min away, the food never arrived and the order was marked as complete. The phone did not even go through. Which shows how unreliable Uber eats is. The driver used a completely different phone which makes him unavailable to customers who want to contact him. And now the cherry on top, you cannot even contact Uber Eats for customer support, you still have to send an email while you starve and have to wait for 48h for a response. Worst App you can ever use, I do not recommend. Save your money and don’t order here I’m sure there are better Apps
