Worst fast food delivery

Worst ever fast food delivery experience, we ordered pizza for my daughters birthday and the driver got lost and i had to go find him on the other side of town and this was after an hour wait. Once i had found him and collect the food on the side of the road myself we had to take this to our birthday and eat cold pizza. I then complained and was told UberEats are sorry but cant refund because it more than 48 hours after the order. Never mind when i complained the same day i was told the phone line are down and they cant help. the same story the next two days. I will never use this company again. They refuse to do anything about this
