WORST EXPERIENCE WITH UBER EATS AND DRIVER
I sent them proof that I tried communicating with the driver, even tried calling him, he pretended he can't hear me, he then left with the order without delivering it, he marked it as delivered instead of the process of returning the food to either the Uber office or the restaurant. he did neither. I contacted Under Eats and they refused to give my money back. to top it off, my partner approached the driver, asked him if the order is for Nuris restaurant and he ignored her.

23 Dec 2024, 18:02Just keep getting automated emails advising that I have already logged the complaint and should wait for a reply, the only reply I got on their app is the **** story, their drivers GPS shows him at the right address, according to their data he waited for 15 minutes and left. They refuse to refund or want to re-deliver my order. I see this is a norm of Uber Eats as many complaints of their drivers leaving with the food or drinks order and them refusing to refund our money. They know they can get away with it as we have no means to call them.
