Worst experience again last night with UberEats

I had the worst experience again last night with UberEats, I ordered my food at McDonald's Brackenhurst via uber eats. I indicated the right address and all, I messaged the driver with the right directions when entering my area because GPS doesn't show the right one (I even called him too). He choose to ignore all that and told me to come at the gate to fetch my food (2 kilometer away from my house) in the middle of the night, I contacted him several times but he kept being rude saying I am going to leave your food here on the floor if you don't come. I have asked him to ask the security again to give him directions, he choose to ignore that and proceed with leaving my food on the floor from which I do not know where. I logged a case with Uber support and now they are telling me they cant refund me because the driver tried to contact me (which is wrong, it was me doing all that), he waited at the address for more than 8 minutes (which is wrong as he was never at my address, the address on the order). I need somebody to look at this because it looks like there is no accountability and they are refusing to refund me for an order of ZAR 254.28. What is the point of putting the address if they are never going to verify that it is where they delivered food, I never put any note for him to leave the food at the door, but again he choose to do what he likes.
