Terrible experience with the services

At around 7:15 i made an order to McDonald's in Mall of africa(in which I was at mall of africa) my order was confirmed at 7:16am and I was told that my order will be delivered at around 7:44-48pm. An hour has passed its now 8:30 and I'm still waiting for my order. My money was deducted and I don't see why I should wait for 2hours to get my food where else we are in the same Mall. I WANT MY REFUND BACK. WON'T PAY FOR IT.
