Worst delivery company ever

One of the most worst apps out there, last night on the 23rd we used Uber eats to order in, we payed almost R400 all for our food to be ******, we then contacted Uber eats to explain that we didn't receive our food, they offered us nothing they along with the delivery driver is now *****ing from us and we will be making a case against them as this is now theft. They didn't care that we payed money for food and did not receive anything, we loaded a complaint through the app and were told that we will not be getting our money nor our food as the driver claims that he tried to get hold of us, which he never did and we have proof of this. He never even came to our security estate as they have to sign in by the guards at the gate and the guards phones us first before they send them up to our door. There is camera footage that shows he never even came to the estate. Now they are saying that because he couldn't get hold of us the order was canceled and we will not be receiving a refund as we were unreachable and the driver states that we were not home but we were in fact home and had guests over aswell so not only were we home but there was extra people that was also there as witnesses that he never tried to get hold of us. This is ****ing unacceptable they along with the driver stole our money and food and is now refusing to give us a refund because of their mistake
