Worst Customer Service experience|UberEats

Second time getting a terrible experience where I ordered my food and it was not delivered and when I lay a complaint it happens to be my fault all in the name of a delivery person failing to follow simple delivery instructions. no refund in permitted by this company. What is the point of adding delivery instructions when they are not followed. This company is full of ****s and they will jump at any opportunity to keep your money and package. Anyone know where to contact in order to get my refund. This driver goes by the CELECTIN.
