Worst company ever

This app is a waste off time.. I ordered a meal from uber eats before 8:40 pm the estimated time given was 9:35 pm of arrival my order got delayed and delayed till it was 10:04..i contacted support via the app.. they firstly said my order is being picked up now.. Then they said there is an update my order was canceled.. Now all the resturants were closed as it was past 10.. The support consaltant naseeb did not help, all he did was thank me for my feedback.. They wil try and fix this situation so that EVERYBODY can enjoy this.. What avout the customer on hand..al he can say to me is sorry for my experience and cant do anything.. Not even compensate me or try persuade me to keep me as a cleint.. Would not recommend this app no comunication and no support.. I have proof of the conversion via screen shot
