Worse service from Ubereats

Yesterday i placed an order around 6pm on Ubereats.My order was from chicken licken vereeniging.I gave the lady specific instructions were to deliver my food coz i was at work.Her name is Thulisile and she kept saying she understand the instructions.To my suprise all of a sudden, she took a f**** picture that the food was delivered and it was all a lie,i haven't received my food.I called ubereats their service desk useless just like the lady who was suppose to deliver my food.But my money the did deduct it i want my damn F***** money.
