Worse service from Both Driver Waziri and Uber eats support centre

I ordered the Debonairs Pizza yesterday, the Driver is Waziri, firstly he didn’t arrive on time then he leaves the pizza on my neighbours gate on the floor and send a picture of the pizza when I went out immediately when I received an Alert on the App then the Pizza was not there, and I mean who leaves food on the floor, I’ve been contacting Uber eats support they said they refunded my order but I still haven’t received my money. Why not take the Pizza back to the shop
