Worse experiences

I had the worst experience with this app this morning. The driver falsely claimed that he had been waiting outside since 12:09, which is completely untrue. On top of that, he left my food at some random building and I am not receiving a refund. I tried calling him twice, but because my phone number is different from the one registered in the app, the calls wouldn’t go through. I sent an email this morning, and it has been almost 3 hours with no response. Please refund my money. This situation is unacceptable. Kindly ensure that the driver listed below is not assigned to future deliveries, as he clearly did not follow instructions. He only messaged me through the app and never called. I checked my address and all my details are correct.
