Charged a card on my Uber account that I did not request or allow them to charge. Contacted them multiple times in which agents confirmed they were able to update the payment on file but when requesting them to provide an estimate as to when the refund will reflect on the card they were not allowed to take it from the ignore and the agent disconnect and close the chat.
